Writing A Press Release Is Easy When You Know The Right Format

Underneath this text, you should have a headline. This headline is the same as what you see in a regular newspaper; it has to sum up the gist of the story. After the headline, you need to include content which lets the reader know where th
e story is taking place- this would be information like city, state, country, month, day and year.
The next part of writing a press release is to put together the body of the story. This is the meat of your press release. As such, it needs to be more than one paragraph, with each paragraph containing no more than a few sentences to keep the reader's attention. If the body is going to take more than one page, you need to write -more- at the end so that the reader knows to continue.
At the conclusion of the body, this is where you place information about the organization or company that you featured in the story. You also write in the contact information of a representative, including their phone, fax, email and physical address. When you are doing writing the press release, you need to include the word "End" at its conclusion, or place the number of words in the article to wrap it up.
